Following an undisclosed cash settlement to the creators of the website Shelley The Republican, the ultra-liberal blogger known only as "The Spur" has agreed to cease use of this domain, and henceforth cease all criticism of "Shelley The Republican".
As a special treat to our loyal conservative readers, The STR.com editorial board will donate all of the funds recieved from "The Spur" to Tom DeLay's reelection campaign.

This proves that This isn't a site of satire. If it were all a joke, then they wouldn't sue someone for what they obviously call "libel and Slander" (most likely charge) or whatever it was. If it's a joke then it wouldn't matter.
